Kathy Goff, EdD and Jamie McCracken, EdD co-founded McGoff Creative Enterprises in 1991. One of the most experienced teams in their field, each has taught, researched and consulted in the creativity/inventing arena for more than 18 years. Dr.Kathy Goff is known internationally for her ability to teach people how to tap and develop their creativity and problem solving abilities. The team brings enthusiasm, passion and excitement to their work. In their workshops, they involve people, stretch their self-understanding and challenge them to put what they learn to use and into action. Their consulting work reflects their integrated approach to developing innovative strategies and practical orientation.

Kathy Goff holds a doctorate in adult education from the University of Georgia. She is a certified gerontologist, education researcher and department head. Kathy has continued to study and publish on the creativity of adults and with a focus on women and elders specifically. She has published over 30 articles, conducted hundreds of workshops and seminars and delivered keynote addresses on the topic of creativity. She has recently developed the Creativity for Success training packet.

Jamie McCracken holds a doctorate in occupational and adult education from Oklahoma State University. She knows how adults invent and market their products. Her dissertation investigated the effects of education on creativity and the educational preferences of women inventors.

Jamie teaches at Oklahoma State University in the field of Adult Learning and Gerontology. She is in the process of becoming a certified gerontologist. She has also conducted workshops on inventing and creative thinking. She has researched the principles that guide creativity and inventing and teaches effective strategies for developing creativity abilities and facilitating creative thinking.

As consultants, the pair have conducted numerous workshops and seminars for community groups, educational institutions, individuals, state agencies and businesses on creativity, adult learning, communication styles, creative problem solving strategies and inventing.
